Making the most of student life in Headingley

HeadingOut are a new student enterprise aiming to provide students with applied industry work to assist their study of learning.

All the work put in to the HeadingOut project leads to the production of a monthly Headingley based student magazine and several monthly PR events- some which raise money for regional, national and worldwide charities.

The Headingley based magazine is designed to inform and entertain the mass market of students in Headingley, so that all the students who put their hard efforts in to the production of the magazine actually get some reward at the end of it.

HeadingOut Main Aims:

•  To create more exciting opportunities for students in a variety of disciplines as mentioned above. We aim to get at least 20 on board each month, so we could potentially increase the employability skills of 160 students.
•  To establish a good rapport with companies, events, brands and venues in Headingley by using good promotional methods. We aim to increase each company’s revenue that advertises in our magazine and make them more appealing to a student target market.
•  To produce a monthly magazine of top quality that has a variety of different topics, all written by students.
